How to Stop People From Hijacking Your Time

Stop spending so much time working on other people’s problems during your own working hours because this stops you from doing the important tasks that will grow your business. When this happens, you might take home the work you should have done but that takes away precious family time.

2. Adopt a problem SOLVING approach: Get your team to come up with solutions to their problems so you aren’t bombarded with issues all day.
If you can train them to create solutions to their problems, it will help them move forward to overcome their challenges and save you a lot of time.
