Good business management requires you to be in the thick of it with your team, so that you know when to award praise to a job well done. This positivity feeds into self-confidence and, as a result, overall performance.

Money—The Traditional Incentive
If you have the means, money is the one true motivator in business. Whether it’s a tip, raise or bonus, reward a good action sufficiently, and more good actions will follow. Better yet, using a bonus scheme can incentivise your team to reach higher targets and improve their self-confidence dramatically.
